We all know how important health and fitness is to our well-being and our ability to deal with the strains and stresses of everyday life.
But equally we all find it difficult to find the time to fit exercise into a busy schedule.
At AECB we offer courses in the early morning as well as day, evening and weekend sessions - from 45 minutes to two hours and intensive qualification courses.
There are specific courses with the older learner in mind and those who have specialist needs such as recovering from, or living with an illness, that would prevent them from keeping up with mainstream exercise classes.
Partnership and collaboration are at the heart of the College and we are delighted to be able to offer the FA Level 1 Certificate in Football Coaching in association with Charlton Athletic.
Leisure
Along with the RYA Day Skipper course, new to the College this year is the DSA Theory & Hazard Perception Test Driver Training, successful completion of this course can count towards a BTEC in Driving Science which, once completed, could reduce your first insurance premium.
